BRB: Conselho Fiscal do Flamengo prepara parecer positivo, mas com ressalva sobre cláusula de rescisão

O Conselho Fiscal do Flamengo prepara o envio, ainda nesta quarta-feira, de um parecer aprovando o contrato de patrocínio do clube com o BRB. Os membros do conselho se reuniram na terça-feira com o CEO Reinaldo Belotti para debater o acordo. É o que informa o Globo Esporte.

Contudo, há ressalvas no contrato. A mais importante diz respeito a uma clausula de rescisão imotivada, onde está prevista a possibilidade de rescisão do contrato entre as partes sem custos, em caso de mudança na presidência do Flamengo ou do banco. O clube passará por eleições presidenciais no fim de 2021. Neste cenário, se outro presidente for eleito, o BRB poderia encerrar a parceria sem precisar pagar nada.

Depois de enviado o parecer, o contrato será votado no Conselho Deliberativo do Flamengo. Após aprovação, o contrato será assinado.

O Flamengo receberá, por ano, um valor mínimo garantido de R$ 32 milhões.

Clube e banco vão se tornar sócios na gestão de um banco digital. A plataforma irá oferecer contas digitais e cartões de débito e crédito pré-pago, além de investimentos, produtos previdenciários e de capitalização.

Como todo banco digital, os principais atrativos são ausência de tarifas e o atendimento full time. No caso dessa nova instituição, serão oferecidas vantagens para estimular os torcedores, como pré-venda de ingressos para jogos e descontos na compra de produtos do Flamengo.

O acordo estabelece a divisão de lucros igualitária entre o BRB e o Flamengo. Ou seja: 50% para cada. A expectativa do BRB é de abrir 1,5 milhão de contas digitais, emitir 3 milhões de cartões pré-pagos e, já no primeiro ano, movimentar R$ 5 bilhões em transações financeiras.
